The short version
Every calculator on ToolNova runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type — salaries, bills, dates — are never transmitted to us, stored on a server, or shared with anyone. There are no accounts and no sign-ups, and we do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
We do not operate a database of visitor information, and the site itself sets no tracking cookies of its own. Pages are loaded from ordinary web fonts (Google Fonts), which your browser requests directly from Google. If you contact us by email, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send; we use them only to reply, keep them only as long as the conversation requires, and never pass them to advertisers or mailing lists.
Cookies and advertising
ToolNova is free to use and may be supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ad Settings (google.com/settings/ads) or, in the European Economic Area and the UK, via youronlinechoices.com. Visitors in the EEA and UK are asked for consent before personalised ads are served, where consent is required. Opting out stops personalised ads, not advertising altogether: non-personalised ads may still be shown. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the calculators themselves work without cookies.
Analytics
We do not run our own visitor analytics or fingerprinting on this site. Standard, aggregated server delivery logs kept by the hosting network (such as pages requested and error rates) contain no calculator inputs and are not used to build profiles of individual visitors.
Your rights
Because we do not keep accounts or profiles, there is normally no personal data of yours for us to look up. If you have emailed us, you may ask at any time what you sent, and ask us to delete the correspondence, and we will do so. Visitors covered by the GDPR, UK GDPR or similar laws keep all rights those laws give them in relation to any personal data described in this policy.

Children
The site is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes — for example, adding a new advertising or analytics provider — will be reflected here before or as they take effect.
